By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on the site. We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by SpeedyBanner.com. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain prohibited content, or cannot be fulfilled for any reason. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; a binding contract is formed only upon our acceptance and confirmation of your order.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, images, or other content to SpeedyBanner.com, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the legal right to use and reproduce all submitted content
• Your content does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights
• Your content does not contain defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable material

SpeedyBanner.com assumes no responsibility for claims arising from customer-submitted artwork. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your submitted content.

4. Production & Shipping

Orders are typically produced the next business day and shipped via FedEx overnight delivery at no additional charge. Same-day production is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time, subject to availability and applicable rush fees.

Shipping terms are F.O.B. origin. Once your order has been tendered to the shipping carrier, SpeedyBanner.com is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. SpeedyBanner.com is not liable for losses caused by carrier delays, weather events, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Defect Claims

Because all products are custom-printed to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once an order has entered production.

If you receive a product that was produced incorrectly due to our error (e.g., wrong size, wrong product, printing defect), you must notify us in writing within two (2) business days of receipt. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for remedy. Replacement is available only for orders that were produced in error and returned in their original condition. Orders showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible.

SpeedyBanner.com is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork, including spelling, grammar, color choices, resolution, or design layout. Please proof your artwork carefully before submitting.

6. Payment & Credit Cards

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. For any overdue balances, a monthly finance charge of 2% (annual percentage rate of 24%) may be applied to the unpaid balance. You agree to cover all reasonable collection costs, including attorney's fees, if legal action is required to collect a delinquent account.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

SpeedyBanner.com makes no express warranties regarding its products beyond what is stated in these terms. All products are provided "as is." Our sole obligation in the event of a qualifying defect is, at our discretion, replacement of the defective product or issuance of a store credit. We do not guarantee that replacement will be provided in every case, and we do not offer cash refunds for defective items.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpeedyBanner.com and Lexington Sign & Graphics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or costs of substitute goods — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled without charge prior to entering production. Once production has begun, no cancellation or refund is available. If your order has already shipped, no refund will be issued. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

10. Prohibited Content

You may not use SpeedyBanner.com to produce products containing:

• Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful content
• Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
• Content that promotes illegal activity
• Content that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law

We reserve the right to refuse production of any order containing prohibited content at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
